With so many providers to choose from, it can be hard to know which one is right for you. With over 50 years of providing services, we understand that everyone is different. That’s why we offer a wide range of group programs, so you can choose activities that match your interests and goals.
You can explore your interests, try new things and visit new and interesting places.
There is always more than one activity on offer each day, giving you plenty of options to build your weekly timetable.
One of the things people value most about Aurora is our team of long-standing, consistent staff.
Each service has a team of permanent staff, and also a small team of casual staff members who work flexibly across the organisation. This helps staff get to know you, so you feel safe and supported.
With over 100 participants across our services, Aurora is a community of peers.
Enjoy being part of small groups for your programs and activities, while being a part of a broader service means that you won’t just spend your week with the same 1 or 2 people.
Our different sites give you options that match your needs and preferences. You can pick the one that best supports your goals and interests.
Our programs are structured to provide consistency and routine, while remaining flexible when we need to. If a planned activity can’t go ahead, or if you would like to try something different for a day, programs can be rearranged to accommodate.
As an NDIS Registered Provider, we meet the NDIS’ Practice Standards, ensuring that our services are safe, of a high quality, respect participants’ rights, and meet legal obligations.
