High Flyers

The High Flyers program prioritises empowering participants to build skills, confidence, independence and meaningful connections.

Our community-based programs encourage physical activity, whether in our bushwalking programs, exploring the great outdoors, or going bowling.

We also offer a wide range of engaging onsite activities designed to build life skills, promote creativity and enhance emotional and physical wellbeing. Participants can join our car-washing program to learn practical work skills, participate in art and craft projects, join the gardening program, or take part in our men’s health sessions. One of our favourite programs is cooking, where participants have the opportunity to be involved in the process of making their lunch.
